Dr. Adam Introna

B.S., D.C., C.C.E.P.

Dr. Introna graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996. He has his Bachelors in Science, Pre-Med degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Introna has advanced studies in the treatment of whiplash and extremity disorders. Dr. Introna uses a combination of low force and manual manipulation to achieve maximum results with his patients while delivering care as comfortably as possible. Dr. Introna has also studied postural evaluation and rehabilitation and has used his skills to help patients correct their underlying biomechanical dysfunctions to achieve long-term relief from pain.

Dr. Aaron Schroeder

B.A., D.C.

Dr. Schroeder graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2006. He has received his B.A. in Math and Biology from the University of Iowa. Dr. Schroeder uses both manual and low-force adjusting techniques to help get the best results from his patients. In addition to treating the common spine ailments such as low back and neck pain, Dr. Schroeder has experience in treating extremity pain and sports related injuries. Dr. Schroeder has a desire to build a community where Chiropractic is a family affair.

Dr. Mariah Fillenworth

Dr. Fillenworth graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2024 where she also received her Bachelor of Science Degree. Before studying at Palmer, Dr. Fillenworth attended Clarke University for 3 years where she studied Athletic Training. Dr. Fillenworth utilizes manual and low force adjusting techniques to achieve the best results from her patients. Dr. Fillenworth is dedicated to helping patients of all ages to decrease pain, increase mobility, and allow for optimal healing.

Trista Carlson

L.M.T.

Trista Carlson is a Shiatsu practitioner based in Iowa City, Iowa, with over a decade of experience in the field. Trista’s sessions are described as light, pain-free, and energizing, often leaving clients feeling “light on their feet” and with reduced pain or stress. She combines manual pressure with kinesiology taping to improve circulation and healing, and uses IASTM to mobilize soft tissues for better function.
